From multi-course pairing menus to collaborative tea blends, my work explores how tea can connect cultures, elevate flavor experiences, and tell stories through ingredients.

Each project and partnership is rooted in intention, whether designing a blend for a partner brand, or curating teas to complement a chef’s vision.

Tea flavors with An’s Gelato

An’s Gelato and I go way back—we’re both local to San Diego and connected through a shared love of flavor, design, and customer experience. Our collaboration started in 2018, when we were named San Diego Magazine’s Best Tea and Gelato. Since then, we’ve worked together to create blends that bring the best of both worlds: top-tier ingredients and unexpected pairings. Rotating favorites on their menu include Sandals, made with our signature tea blend, Blue Chamomile, and Kimono, made with PARU’s Jasmine Wild and blueberries.

An’s Gelato was also recently named America’s #1 Ice Cream Shop, and it’s an honor to collaborate with a brand that continues to set the standard.
